Terms of service.
The basis for exploring and using the Your Call Handler development service.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Draft for the development service The operator’s legal details, final provider arrangements and retention schedules must be completed before this becomes a launch policy.
About the service
Your Call Handler is developing an AI telephone assistant platform for businesses. The current application supports workspace registration, draft agent configuration, provider settings and a manual knowledge base. Live calling, subscriptions and business integrations remain in development.
The operator’s legal identity and address, governing law and dispute arrangements will be confirmed in the final service agreement before commercial launch.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and only access workspaces you are authorised to use. You are responsible for the information and configuration you submit. Report suspected unauthorised access through the contact page.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited abusive calling, unlawful data collection or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not probe or disrupt another customer’s workspace.
Business content and permissions
Only add knowledge and business information you have permission to use. Review agent instructions for accuracy and suitability. Do not treat a draft agent or a marketing example as confirmation that a live task or customer verification workflow is available.
Before future live use, you will need to configure permitted actions, appropriate caller verification, human escalation and any required notices for AI, recording or transcription.
AI output and development limitations
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be tested against your workflows. Do not rely on a draft assistant for emergencies or decisions requiring a qualified professional. The development service has no published uptime commitment or guarantee that draft settings will support live calls.
Provider accounts and planned subscriptions
BYOK uses your own telephone and AI provider accounts. Their usage, charges and terms remain subject to your agreements with those providers. Keep keys secure and use only accounts you are authorised to configure.
No subscription purchase is offered by this frontend. Pricing, included usage, top-ups, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any paid service commitments will be presented before customers enter a paid agreement. This draft creates no new payment obligation.
Privacy, availability and account restrictions
Read our privacy policy for the current handling of information. Development features may change or be unavailable. Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse; formal suspension, termination and data-return terms will be included in the launch agreement.
Final agreement and questions
These draft terms explain the development service and do not replace a signed commercial agreement. Liability provisions, statutory rights, complaints handling and final contractual terms require confirmation before launch. Contact us if you need clarification before using the application for business operations.
Preparing a workflow is not activating a service
Creating a workspace, saving an agent or approving an article prepares configuration. These actions do not provision a telephone number or establish a working provider connection. Before relying on the assistant for customer calls, the relevant voice, routing, permissions and fallback behaviour need to be available and verified.
Keep business information accurate
Review the knowledge and instructions you provide as services, prices and policies change. Give each agent a purpose your team can explain, and identify information it should not disclose. Do not describe a planned integration task as available to customers until it has been implemented and tested for the business workflow.
Service changes and commercial launch
The development experience may evolve as the product is built. A future commercial agreement should explain the purchased service, usage allowances, support arrangements, cancellation, data handling and any changes affecting the subscription. Those terms must be available before a paid commitment; marketing examples are not a substitute for that agreement.
