YOUR INFORMATION, EXPLAINED

Privacy policy.

How information is handled by the current website and development application.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Draft for the development service The operator’s legal details, final provider arrangements and retention schedules must be completed before this becomes a launch policy.

Who this notice covers

Your Call Handler is the name of this AI telephone assistant project. This draft covers visitors to the marketing website and users of the development application. The operator’s full legal name, address and privacy contact will be added before launch.

Website enquiries and telephone contact

The contact form prepares your name, work email, company, selected interest and message in your browser. It does not submit or store the enquiry on this website. When you choose to open and send the draft, your email provider handles the message. Any information you share by email or telephone is used to respond to your enquiry.

The advertised telephone number is a contact route. This website does not itself record, transcribe or process calls to that number. Any recording notice must be provided by the receiving telephone service.

Accounts and workspace information

If you register in the development application, it stores account and business details, authentication information, workspace membership, draft agent settings and knowledge articles you provide. BYOK settings can include telephone provider credentials, an AI provider key and a telephone number. Credentials are stored encrypted in the application.

These records support account access, workspace configuration and development of the service. Do not upload customer call recordings or sensitive customer records to test features that are not yet enabled.

Cookies, external assets and technical information

The marketing frontend does not set application cookies or include an analytics script. The separate account application uses session cookies for sign-in and request protection. Hosting infrastructure may retain request information, such as IP addresses, request times and error details, according to its configuration.

The website loads typography from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those assets. Our logo, favicon, styles, scripts and customer image are served locally.

Providers and future call data

Live voice services and business integrations are still in development. Before enabling them, the policy will identify the providers that receive call audio, transcripts, caller details and authorised business data, their purposes and any international transfer arrangements. Managed and BYOK configurations may use different provider accounts.

Recording and transcription notices, customer processor agreements and separate retention controls must be established before live call data is processed.

Lawful bases and retention

The launch policy will specify the lawful basis for each processing purpose, including account provision, enquiries, operational security and any marketing. It will also set retention periods or clear deletion criteria for account data, enquiries, technical logs, recordings and transcripts. Those decisions have not yet been finalised.

Your information rights

You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and to object to certain uses. Which rights apply depends on the processing and its lawful basis. Use the contact page to raise an information request.

You can find guidance or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. The launch notice will include the confirmed privacy contact and request process.

Keeping this notice up to date

This notice will be updated as the service develops. Material changes to processing must be explained before the new use begins. This draft does not claim that live integrations, recordings or a production privacy programme are already available.

Prepared with reference to the ICO’s privacy information guidance.

Your business and your callers

A business using a future live assistant will need to distinguish the information it controls about its callers from account information handled to provide the platform. The launch arrangements must explain these responsibilities, the service providers involved and the handling of information requests. This development notice does not stand in for a customer’s own caller privacy notice.

Keep initial enquiries proportionate

Use the contact page or telephone route to describe your requirements in general terms. A typical question, the business system involved and the result you want are normally enough to explain an idea. Do not include credentials, payment details or customer recordings in an initial enquiry. If more detail is needed, a suitable method should be agreed first.

Before enabling new processing

A move from draft configuration to live calls changes the information the service handles. Before that happens, notices should describe audio processing, any recording or transcription, permitted integration data, recipients and retention. Changes should be assessed against the actual workflow, rather than assuming every agent uses the same data or providers.
