An assistant designed to understand your business, support your customers and work within the boundaries you set.
Plan a welcoming greeting, clear instructions and a consistent tone for every caller.
Create and approve articles that explain your services, policies and common questions.
The integration roadmap starts with WHMCS, followed by ecommerce tools.
Configure permitted actions. Caller verification and tool enforcement are required before sensitive live tasks.
Create draft sales, support, billing or receptionist agents with their own instructions.
Live call history, usage reporting and team workflows are on the product roadmap.
Where we are today Workspace registration, draft agents, provider settings and a manual knowledge base are implemented. Live calling, billing and business integrations are in development.
A helpful assistant needs more than a friendly voice. It needs a clear purpose, trustworthy information and instructions that explain what to do when the conversation becomes uncertain. Draft agent configuration gives you a place to bring those elements together.
Different teams can prepare different roles. A sales agent may explain a service and collect an enquiry; a support agent may guide someone through approved information. The planned live experience adds provider connections, authorised tools and human transfer.
Explain who the caller is speaking to and what the assistant is intended to help with. Keep the opening short enough for a natural conversation.
Build articles around real questions. Separate public information from account-specific information, and review policies before marking content as approved.
Write instructions for uncertainty, unsupported tasks and requests that need a person. Permissions and caller verification must also be enforced by the live backend.
These are practical questions to answer when preparing an agent.
List the topics the assistant knows well and the sources it should use. A current delivery policy or a clear service description is more useful than a collection of unrelated documents. Approved knowledge should have an owner who keeps it accurate as the business changes.
Describe permitted tasks separately from conversational instructions. Looking up an order, changing customer information and creating a support ticket need different permissions. These tool workflows are planned; saving agent instructions alone does not enable them.
Define the signs that a conversation needs a human, such as a complaint, an unclear identity or a request outside the supported workflow. Human transfer is part of the voice roadmap and needs a tested destination and fallback before live use.
Build an assistant around the way your business works.
